Message us, give us some basic info like location and how many partiers. Then choose a theme, pick a date and pay your deposit (maybe extra depending on location). The week of the party we will reach out to finalize all the details including time for setup, final number count and names of all partiers so we can make each setup a little more personal.
On setup day we will discuss a pickup time for the following day. If everything is in the same condition, you will receive your deposit back. If something is wrong, we will be in contact to discuss damage costs.
REMEMBER we know you may want to help but your party cost includes setup AND take down. If you attempt to begin taking anything down that will result in an IMMEDIATE loss of half you deposit.
